The coursework for the Teaching Online Utilizing Technology (TOUT) Certificate Program at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL, provides a hands-on experience in designing and implementing online course materials within a learning management system. The focus is on instructional design, visual literacy, online assessments, and current collaborative and multimedia practices while designing accessibly compliant, engaging learning materials.
